Noted Midwest fly tyer,
Gary Krebs, personally designed these
innovative new miter box-like jigs to allow fly tyers to create
incredible custom popper bodies from foam cylinders in just minutes!
You
get perfectly matched popper bodies every time. The face of each body is
precisely angled to produce incredible action and the fastback style
makes for a super-sleek body.
These
versatile jigs even allow you to vary the length of the body or create
diver patterns by reversing the angle of the face. Our testing on these
patterns have proven that they’re killers in both fresh and saltwater.
You may never need to buy another pre-manufactured popper again!
The jigs are available in two different sets:
The Saltwater and Bass Set includes jigs for making 1/2”, 7/16”, and 3/8” diameter poppers
The Bass and Panfish Set includes jigs for making 3/8”, 5/16”, and1/4” diameter poppers
Each set also comes with
a beautiful storage rack, a blade for cutting the foam, a needle for
inserting rubber legs, and complete instructions.
